Where’s the pepper jack cheese, what happened to the Spreads and Chips? And what in the world are Apples and Baby Carrots doin, sitting in my shopping cart? .....I felt totally confused and weird as I asked myself these questions at the grocery store yesterday, (Fresh & Easy)...hmmmmmm…Still wondering how “Garfield” would have felt in my shoes…..
Don’t know what’s driving me nuts....It maybe some colorful events happening in my life or just scared that South Indian weddings take place with the groom wearing nothing waist up and my time will eventually come, (I know its crazy if you have a pot belly...lol) or the fact Michael Schumacher is getting back on the track at the age of 40 and man…. did you see his body, lean and mean and fit as ever !!!
This is what I am up to these days….
Spreadsheet on Google Docs to track my weight, burning 300 calories in the morning, 300 calories in the evening, and eating a lot of apples and baby carrots…..and of course my Nutrilite DoubleX and Nutrilite Glucosamine and drinking tons of water….I mean lots…
I am sure the craziness will work....
